Just got back from staying in the residences. We’ve been a lot of places…this ranks with the best. Theresa was great-thanks again. A couple of things that you should do…Have the resort pick you up & drop you off at the airport. It was 1st Class and well worth it. Take advantage of the spa-awesome. Eat at both restaurants at the resort – Really good food and not that expensive. We walked to town everyday and really enjoyed the walk. It’s so close and very safe. The marina had a ton of shopping and was a great place to grab something to eat. We will be back. This resort was by far the safest place we’ve ever stayed in Mexico. And, we will definitely go through Theresa. She is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Can I say that it was the most amazing place we have stayed and trust me we have stayed at some good places. We were so thrilled and have to take hats off to Theresa, Rosy, Jose (Majordomo) and all the Staff at the Resort. From the moment of getting off the plane to laying our heads down on our pillows at night, the resort met all of our needs. Our meaning 6 girls, 2 boys and my parents. We stayed at the reesort for a family vacation along with some friends and our experience was extraordinary. There was always something to do and there was never a dull moment. The room has a great view of the ocean with a nice plunge pools to sit in at night and have a drink. The huge couch was very accommodating to our big group of 10 and the beds were so comfy. Charlie, our butler was amazing!!!! We absolutely loved him. He is the sweetest person and is also very helpful. We asked him for hotspots in Cabo and he led us to some bars and a great ice cream place. The food he prepared was always excellent, never a bad meal. The employees that also work at the resort are very attentive to your needs, while sitting at the pool they bring you bottled water and you can also order great drinks and appetizers. One staff member in particular that we adored was, Abraham. He works at the swim up bar and he was so fun to talk to and has a great personality. One day us girls went to the spa and i have never had a spa experience like that. From the moment you walk in you will feel relaxed. The spa is a must! We also had some great family/friend pictures taken by Amy Bennet, she was so fun and the pictures turned out great! Overall, Theresa made this week long trip amazing! My father who booked the trip, had nothing but great things to say about her. The resort is phenomenal, the service is phenomenal and the room is to die for! You must go!

On our last day in this AMAZING place I am writting to tell all of you that you will LOVE it!!!! Just spent 8 days here and did not want to leave the resort. The accomodations are fantastic (spacious and well designed). The level of service is comparable to Four Seasons. They are here to make your stay beyond expectation, and they do. From every staff member knowing our names to them anticipating your needs before you have to ask for anything… Tons of families with kids too, but an adult only pool too….WE WILL BE BACK.

I am still coming down off of my perfect week in Cabo. It was absolutely wonderful in every way. My husband and I rented the one-bdrm and it was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exceptional. The service is out-of-this-world. We had two of our own mishaps prior to arriving, which were made better by them the instant we arrived. These are just two examples of how amazing the service is: 1) We were staying at another resort in Cabo for a few days in advance (that we had booked elsewhere), and it was not up to par. We emailed Theresa while we were there and asked if we could come early, and they were able to arrange for us to get in the very next day! WHAT a difference it was the instant we arrived, margaritas in hand! Night and day. 2) I tore one of my contact lenses the morning we were to leave our other hotel to come to the resort, and I had apparently forgotten to bring a spare set. We contacted Pedregal to see if they could do anything, and they were able to have a new set delivered to our room for us. Talk about fabulous! It would have taken all day to deal with that ourselves, and we would have had to, had we still been staying in our previous hotel. I could go on about how wonderful the room was, or how the food is absolute perfection, or how relaxing the plunge pool, beach, and spa were, but everyone else has already stated it (they are correct). This was hands down the most beautiful and luxurious vacation spot I have ever had the pleasure of renting. I can’t say enough good things about it! The only reason I would even hesitate is because I want it to be available for ME next year! The accommodations are top notch, and would satisfy any world class traveler. I entertained here 3 months ago and my associates are STILL talking about what a luxurious trip we had. Every desire was well taken care of. I highly recommend this beautiful place!

This is the greatest place I have ever stayed, everything was beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived we knew we had landed in the lap of luxury (Mercedes Van pick, cool mint wash cloths, cold beers with limes and chocolate gift bags) WOW! Theresa is amazing and you should take all of her recommendations, she is a genius. We will be back.

We just returned from our trip to Pedregal. Our expectations based on how the property was described were high and i would have to say that the place easily exceeded our expectations. Our group consisted of 8 people with ages ranging from 11-70 and we stayed in a 4 bedroom unit. Everybody raved about the entire resort and couldn’t believe how beautiful our actual unit was. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The plunge pool off the master bedroom was awesome. The living room /dining room was large and made it very comfortable for us to relax after a day at the pool or a night out in town. The service throughout the resort was second to none. There was nothing that they would not do and it was always with a smile. The resort is surrounded by both the ocean and mountains thus the views were incredible. The owner of the unit could not have been more helpful or friendly in trying to insure that our trip went smoothly. She helped us with creating shopping lists, menus for the majordomo to help in preparing some of our meals and setting up our rental of the yacht. Having a majordomo prepare our breakfast and lunch was something none of us had ever experienced. He did it effortless and always with a smile. The meals were great and the presentation often times looked like it was something from the food channel. Our afternoon on the yacht was spent with our group and a few friends. It was a perfect way to spend the day. After about a 45 minute cruise we anchored in a small bay and snorkeled, kayaked and swam to the beach. We are all hoping to make this an annual event since the entire experience was something we will never forget

We took a Girls’ Trip to Cabo to celebrate our 50th birthdays together (3 best friends since 4th grade!) and the only requirement we had when searching for a destination/resort was that it be somewhere beautiful with 5-star luxury we might not normally splurge on, so it would be an extra special trip we would never forget. Words can’t explain how absolutely breathtaking and perfect the whole experience was at Pedregal! Every single detail is first-class, 5-stars all the way — beginning the minute you drive thru the private tunnel that opens up into a breathtaking view of the resort and ocean, and immediately greeted by the staff with a margarita! We spent the whole trip in awe of our casita and the unbelievable resort/views in every direction — just eaves you speechless. We LOVED our majordomo, Leo!! We woke up to breakfast cooking (anything we wanted, and always GREAT!!), she would do laundry and anything else we wanted during the day, and we’d come home from the ocean/pool in the afternoons to find her making fresh guacamole, salsa, and margaritas — we enjoyed it all while sitting on our patio by our plunge pool of our OCEANFRONT casita with an unobstructed ocean view! Another great perk about the resort is its location — we walked back through the same tunnel in mountain that we came through on arrival (a short, 5-minute walk) and were in downtown Cabo by the harbor, stores, local vendors, restaurants, and anything else you’d want to do. It’s the best of both worlds — when we did what we wanted to do in Cabo, we walked back through the private tunnel to our paradise! We must have said 100 times, “We’ll never be able to top this place in a million years!” It was pure luxury and relaxation … and the hardest thing in the world to leave! I can’t imagine a more perfect vacation spot and have recommended the resort and Theresa to everyone I know … once we posted pictures on Facebook, everyone has been asking, “WHERE did you stay that was so BEAUTIFUL?!” Several people have even commented on our pictures that the surroundings have the look of Italy or Greece! I can’t thank Theresa enough for making this the trip of a lifetime for 3 lifelong friends. I will most definitely be giving her name/contact info to anybody making plans for a special trip — this is the place! I usually like to try different places when I go on vacation, but I have no intention of staying anywhere in Cabo — it just can’t be beat!

This Pedregal residence is beautiful. The four bedrooms provided us with plenty of private space while the living room, kitchen and balcony gave us ample opportunity and plenty of room to spend time together watching the surf and enjoying fresh guacamole, chips and salsa prepared by our amazing majordomo. Our family of three was visiting along with a friend and her son. Our boys ages 5 and 6 loved the special cooking class provided by Chef Marco where they baked and decorated sugar cookies. They enjoyed swimming in all three of the pools and they loved digging in the sand just beyond the edge of the pools. This was our first visit to Cabo and I can assure you that when we return we will not consider staying anywhere other than this residence at the resort. The day on the yacht was very relaxing with a top notch captain and crew. Everything about Pedregal is exquisite and was made even better by having such a spacious residence to call home during our stay. We are looking forward to our return in September and to even more visits in the future. I would also like to add that it was a pleasure working with the owner of this residence. Professional, prompt, and courteous service along with excellent advice about Cabo!

Our family of four just returned home from Pedregal where we rented a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath beach front unit from Theresa. The unit was two story just in front of the children’s pool. The location was centrally located and furnished/stocked perfectly. Jose was an incredible chef and a joy to have around. The resort is beautiful and all of the staff fantastic calling us by name and remembering our personal preferences. Theresa and Rosey were instrumental in helping us plan the trip as this was our first time to Cabo. Excellent restaurant recommendations and we rented Carina Yacht from Theresa for a day which was wonderful. I would highly recommend this resort and will definitely return!

We just returned from our week long honeymoon. We can’t say enough about how amazing of a location this was! Even though you’re within walking distance to town, the minute you pass through the tunnel to the resort, you are transported to a whole new world. We’ve stayed at some very nice places all over the world, but the level of service has blown them all away. It all started when booking with Theresa, she made the process extremely easy, had wonderful ideas for unique and off the beaten path locations and knew everyone at the resort, which worked out well for us. Charlie, our majordomo, was incredible and went out of our way to make our honeymoon the most amazing experience it could be. He was there when we needed him to be and when we wanted to be alone he was no where to be found – it was as if he was reading our minds. When you go (there are no if’s) make sure you visit El Farallon, the restaurant on the end of the rocky point – might be the most awesome dining experience EVER!

This was an incredible rental! Everything went smooth from the start. The owner went out of her way to help out, and even helped plan catering, activities etc. The pictures are exactly how the property actually is. Don’t hesitate to go on a holiday week, every service is ready for it…I would recommend this property and doing it through the owner in a second!

What an incredible vacation. Way EXCEEDS EXPECATATION. Whilst not cheap the value is always evident. The location is magnificent, the quality of the building and finishes are lovely. The use of a “butler’ to care for your every needs is so relaxing and efficient. Lastly, Theresa is the best. She is organized and cares for every step of the way to ensure your trip is more than you expected. We will keep going each year.

My husband and I just returned and feel as if we have found a new paradise! The resort property and this residence are amazing in every way. The stunning beachfront ocean views, privacy, immaculate surroundings, superb cuisine and the friendly world class service of the staff made this a truly special experience. The warmth of the staff and the assistance from Theresa, our host, were superb. Her recommendations made for an exquisite time. We both travel the world a great deal…this is a marvel.

We had the joy of spending 5 nights in a three bedroom villa at Pedregal over spring break. The resort is absolutely first-class. The property is breathtaking. The grounds are immaculately well-kept and when lit at night are astounding. The villa is gorgeous. It has every amenity possible – washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, range, microwave and wireless internet. The bathrooms are unbelievable, with wonderful showers and soaking tubs. There is plenty of space in the great room, with a lovely double-decker sofa and splendid ocean views. The majordomo was charming, he made us a scrumptious breakfast each morning, a snack every afternoon as well as great margaritas. We went on a fishing trip, and he even prepared the fish for us to grill for dinner. He was also very helpful in coordinating dinner reservations and excursions. Working with the owner was an absolute pleasure. She was willing to answer any questions and did so on a timely basis. The property description and the photographs provided were accurate, and if anything, the property is even more spectacular than as shown. We would rent from this owner again and would visit this property again, without hesitation. We have booked other reservations though VRBO, and this was the easiest. We traveled with our two children, ages 10 and 6. There was plenty for them to do, and they loved the pools and the beach. The resort never felt crowed. There were always plenty of chairs by the pool, and it was not a problem to obtain dinner reservations. The staff did a great job of accomodating our every request. The food at the restaurants on property was very good. The spa is incredible. Each treatment includes a decadent foot bath and the treatment rooms have ocean views! It is the best spa we have ever used. We have also stayed at 5 star properties all over the world, including Mexico (including Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and St. Regis) and this Resort at Pedregal is at the top of our list. We cannot wait to go back!

This Residences at the resort is absolute heaven. I had the great fortune to spend several days here with friends. It is top-notch in quality and service. The accommodations are beautiful and spacious. The location is stunning and quiet, yet close to anything you need. The staff was superb. A stay here is equivalent to spoiling yourself completely. The day on the yacht was excellent too. Truly top-of-the- line in every way.

We just got back from the residence and had most wonderful vacation. Jose, the butler, was amazing and Theresa, the owner was so gracious. It’s been only three days since we got back but we already miss it. It was like a home away from home. From our hard to impress three teenagers to 73 year old mom were thoroughly impressed and attest that it was the best vacation ever.

From the moment I contacted Theresa, she was amazing! Always available for my countless phone calls and emails. It was our first vacation alone without our kids and I wanted it to be perfect. It was above and beyond my expectations. From the moment we stepped off the plane (Our plane was delayed by an hour and a half) the staff was there to greet us! I loved the fact that I just sent Lulu our personal assistant what kind of snacks we would like each day along with breakfast and lunch and they did all our grocery shopping according to my menus! We even stayed in one night to enjoy our gorgeous casita and Oscar provided us with all our food and sides for a BBQ! Our casita was even better than the pictures. The rooms our huge, clean and beautifully maintained! We highly recommend El Farallon for Dinner it is breathtaking views, outstanding service and top notch food. The Auriga Spa at the resort is like nothing I have experienced before (Ranks above Palmilla and Montage). The most relaxing experience! This resort is right next to downtown, but you would never know it! This was a once in a lifetime vacation and like I stated before we loved it so much we booked our second vacation with Theresa the same week we came home. I can’t wait to go back! There was no better place for my husband and I to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and my birthday on 5/14. In my search I came across this listing and it captured me! After seeing the pictures of the property and reading the amazing reviews, I knew I had to look no further! The resort and Theresa make your trip an experience that begins before you even arrive to Cabo. Theresa was always very responsive and attentive, she was always full of recommendations to make your trip even more special! She accomodated us with a unit that was perfect for my husband and I.  Our personal assistant contacted us prior to our trip to offer assitance with airport transportation, activities and anything our heart desired and even called us the day prior. At the airport we were greeted by a staff member who gave us a warm welcome, then we finally arrived at the exclusive Resort at Pedregal! After going thru the private tunnel we were greeted by the beautiful ocean views and friendly staff who gave us welcome Margaritas. Our personal assistant Rosa gave us a tour of and escorted us to our room. One word to describe the room.. IMPECABLE. It was perfection! The most amazing ocean view, romantic guitar music playing, floor to ceiling glass doors,the smell of the fresh ocean breeze, it was spacious and clean. Words can’t describe how stunning our room was. Every staff member exuded warmth and first class customer service. We did not want to leave the resrot! We enjoyed their food at the Beach Club, Don Manuels and El Farallon. All highly recommended or you can always order room service and enjoy from your private terrace. El Farallon was our favorite dining experience and a MUST DO! My husband partnered with our personal assistant Rosa to give me the most beautiful surprise, a 10 year vow renewal ceremony at the beach front Gazebo! On our last day Rosa and other staff members met us to wish us a safe trip back home, and again we were greeted by another staff member at the airport who helped us with getting our return boarding passes and luggage. The Resort has a reputation for being the best, from taxi drivers to other tourists we met on our trip they all had heard of the stunning resort and knew of the first class service and amenities. We look forward to planning more trips to Cabo and Theresa will be the first person we call! P.S another must do is the Tropicat wine and jazz boat tour!!!!

We just wrapped up a great trip to Capella Pedregal as a family with three young children. Theresa was a great host and went out of her way to help us get set for the trip. I want to commend Capella Pedregal to any couple (there is an adults only pool) or family (there is a very family friendly vibe, and on the residence side of the resort, a very special kid’s pool and a beachside pool where kids are welcome) who is considering a high-end, high-value destination — if you value a spectacularly beautiful, relaxing setting with world class food and a staff that is genuinely invested in making sure that every guest has the best possible experience. While there are many gorgeous places in the world, the combination of the private setting, the quality of the accommodations, grounds and public spaces, and the truly special staff who impart a warm, personal but unobtrusive presence makes Capella Pedregal virtually unmatched. We were looked after by Victor, our Majordomo whose attentive presence, kindness to our kids, and out of this world cooking made our stay that much better. The meals he laid out for us – breakfasts ready when we got up, lunches prepared as we swam with the children, afternoon snacks, margaritas and more (not to mention being there to take care of the dishes and mundane clean-up) – were not only delicious and a nice thing, but gave us that much more time and energy to focus on spending time together as a family, and for us adults, to make the most of the time spent with the kids, rather than other things. Like Theresa and Victor and all the staff. Lulu, the residences personal assistant, exceeded expectations, with every request, and Carmen and the Kid’s Club was a hit with the younger set. The staff around the pools on the residence side were great and quick with a daily drink offering (my favorite was the mango/tangerine/red chili frozen margarita) and daily fruit treats (coconut popsicles one day, chilled mint infused honeydew another). Don Manuel’s restaurant has one of the best breakfasts you’ll ever see and great food for lunch and dinner, too. The setting of El Farallon, the other high-end restaurant is dramatic and the food unique. The resort location is private & beautiful, but very close to town, and the staff will drive you through the tunnel and deposit you steps from town. (A shout out to La Dolce http://www.ladolcerestaurant.com/ for those looking for an alternative to local cuisine). Gets no better.

From the moment I spoke up with Theresa (owner) about renting, I realized she was going to make this whole experience one for the books. Her quest to make your stay a spoiled vacation – was a collaboration between the majordomo (butler), personal assistant and of course her expert planning! Your list of groceries, your menu, the yacht excursion – all are pre-planned so you simply just need to show up with your group to the villa! We were a group of 8 celebrating my 50th! It was really more of an experience rather than a vacation. Prior to arrival, we had extremely high expectations of a beautiful facility as well as impeccable service…well it definitely exceeded our expectations!!! Upon arrival, Lulu (personal assistant) greeted us with a staff eager to sweep us with ease and care to our villa. The view as you enter the private tunnel is absolutely stunning! Roberto leisurely checked us in after a tour of the resort – within the confines of our villa. Our majordomo (butler) Charlie already had a spread of snacks, guacamole, chips, salsa and while sipping our margaritas – Roberto checked us in. The easiest check in we’ve ever had!!!! I can’t say enough about the staff, especially Charlie who tended to our every need. Our coffee was ready every morning with a special brew for me (early riser at 4:30 am) – breakfasts and lunches were delicious. We decided to eat in one evening and Charlie coordinated with the chef at Don Manuel’s a special lobster dinner for our group – superb and delicous – the chef added a special touch in appetizers much to our delight. Thank you Charlie for exceptional service! A special shout out to the spa staff – all the girls had the”best” massage ever…the therapists were very accomodating about your specific needs. A big thank you to Lulu for assisting us on all our reservations and recommendations. A must to complement your experience – schedule a photo shoot with AMY!!!! She is fabulous – great energy, works fast and absolutely an expert in her field. Our group, couple and individual shots were stunning with the background set around the property and the ocean…girls – she is very complementary of your best attributes and it shows in the photos! Thanks Amy! In closing – my memories of this experience will never fade – it will keep us coming back for more. Theresa – fabulous planning and coordination – it was great to not have to think other than where to eat for dinner! A fantastic birthday experience.

We had an amazing time staying at Capella Pedegral Villa Residences. The villa was beautiful and very spacious for our party of 10 adults. The bedroom set up was perfect for two families with two masters and two bedrooms with 2 queen beds each (which is difficult to find in villa rentals). I can’;t praise Theresa enough for organizing every detail of our stay from Costco delivery, menu and grocery lists, catering delivery, yacht reservations, and restaurant suggestions. We arrived and everything was in place. All we had to do was sit back and relax. Charlie, our majordomo, was fantastic and when we ran out of grocery items he organized to get what we needed. We were pampered and spoiled. Thanks to all at Capella for making our trip to Cabo a special time with family and friends. My daughter will always have fond memories of her college graduation trip to Cabo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Capella Pedregal is a beautiful resort, and the residences are lovely. We had a beautiful bedroom, even larger bathroom and all the amenities for relaxation. The terrace with infinity pool was a wonderful addition. We even used the fireplace one chilly evening. Theresa made all the planning effortless and was so patient with all my questions. We had never been in Cabo San Lucas before. LuLu helped pre- book the transportation and all our restaurant reservations. She always had a smile and was so patient with any changes. I recommend the airport pick-up. It was so nice to be driven to the resort in a comfortable suburban. We did not rent a car and did not need to. Taxis were always available immediately. The service at the resort was perfect, and the employees were always smiling and helpful. We will go back!!

Heaven on earth! Seriously, this is a no brainer. Not only was the decor amazingly tasteful and perfect for a mediterranean, ocean view residence but the layout was perfect for multiple guests without any invasion of privacy. The attention we were given by the staff was wonderful and we felt safe the entire vacation in our secluded villa. I highly recommend this residence!

We were fortunate enough to stumble upon this villa while doing a “google” search for a luxury beachfront villa in cabo. We had stayed at premier properties in cabo before (las ventanas, palmilla, etc) and had also stayed at private villas before. This villa married the best of both worlds by providing a personal residence within an amazing luxury hotel property. The resort itself is a 5 star property with all of the amenities you would expect including an amazing spa, outstanding restaurants and a hospitality staff that is second to none. The actual residence was everything we had hoped for and more. The villa was beautifully appointed complete with a Viking kitchen, beautiful linens, furnishings and not one but two private pools. But, what really made this experience better than any others we have had was the impeccable details that Theresa covered in advance to ensure that the stay was perfect from start to finish. Theresa responded to every one of our requests and made sure that all of our needs were met. Not only did she help with our ore-arrival shopping needs but she put us in touch with a friend of hers who shopped the farmers market prior to our arrival. From the moment we arrived at the airport we felt well taken care of. The transportation arrived with a clean, large, air conditioned van with our iced waters and coronas ready to whisk us off to the villa. When we actually arrived, our kitchen was fully stocked and our amazing majordomo, Oscar, was awaiting our arrival. He had prepared a beautiful snack for us and we knew at that moment the week would be pure bliss…and it was! The staff was so genuinely interested in taking care of us and exceeding everyone of our needs. Not only did Oscar prepare the most magnificent meals but he also did our laundry each day, and made sure that all of our requests were satisfied before he left for the night! By the time we left at the end of the week all of us were especially sad to say goodbye to Oscar! In addition to Oscar, we were put in touch with our own personal assistant prior to our arrival. Lulu took care of all of our needs while in cabo including restaurant reservations, spa appointments, etc. Theresa and the entire staff at the resort went above and beyond to make sure that this trip was perfect. Location couldn’t be better..walking distance to town for all the fun you are looking for and yet the hotel had maximum security! We can’t wait to return! Thank you.

My husband and I stayed in the master suite 2/9-2/13 and our entire experience was incredible. When we first pulled up to the resort, the staff was there waiting to greet us with welcome margaritas in hand like a scene right out of a movie…I seriously thought to myself, are we allowed to even be here??? The room itself and the view were both amazing…we even saw several whales from the plunge pool on the balcony! Service was 5 stars all over the property as expected. Lulu was a pleasure to work with in setting up our private car transfers as well as dinner reservations at El Farallon (YUM). I honestly can’t thank both her and Theresa enough for making our first trip to Cabo such a memorable one. No doubt one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had…we cannot WAIT to go back:)

I investigated many different options for my 60th BD celebration. After checking out at least 5 different options Theresa convinced me that Resort at Pedregal would meet my needs. It is hard to believe because she was a very good sales person, but she undersold the property. I have been to Cabo many times and have stayed at and looked at very nice facilities; but nothing compares to this villa. The attention to detail and customer service was impeccable. The food was spectacular and the El Farallan Restaurant was unlike any I had ever been to. It is a must do experience. The villa was well maintained, the views perfect from all the bedrooms and being on the 3rd floor allowed us to keep the windows open with no worries of others looking in. The private tunnel kept all noise and people at a distance and yet we could walk to downtown and the marina in about 15 minutes. My wife has experienced all the “world” famous spas in our Tucson hometown and told me that the spa was by far the most spectacular she had ever seen. The very best massage she ever had and the luxury unparalleled. Upon reading this review one would think I am an owner of the property or a salesman. I’m not; just a very satisfied individual that was fortunate to be able to spend 9 days at this beautiful resort. My wife and 6 other guests felt the same, we all loved it. Beyond all expectations. If you can afford to stay here, you will not be disappointed and if Theresa suggests something, just go along for the ride, she knows how to make something very special.

We had the most fantastic long-weekend at Resort at Pedregal – the resort, the setting, the service – were all first class. The villa was gorgeous and we absolutely loved our butler, Charly. He was key in making our trip truly relaxing. We loved the amenities on the resort – the restaurants, spa, the fitness center and the yacht! Service at the resort was amazing, especially the attendants at the pool! The resorts’ close proximity made going to town for dinner, shopping or the marina so easy – yet once you go through the resort’s tunnel, you feel that you are are a million miles away. Last, but not least – Theresa was the one who made the bachelorette weekend so special. From the beginning, she offered wonderful suggestions on how we could make our trip truly memorable — and it was. We’ll definitely return to again.

My husband and I went to Cabo for the first time last week. We were hoping to have a quiet vacation away from the beach sales people and loud techno music usually associated with Mexican beaches. The reviews of Capella seemed to indicate that this resort could go either way. After contacting Theresa and telling her what we were looking for, she went out of her way to accomodate us. I can honestly say that we spent less money to stay at this 6 star resort than we have spent to stay at hotels with half the space and half the luxury. We absolutely loved Capella. There are personal assistants, poolside service offering free bottled waters as well as full bar and menu delivered to your lounge chair, three world class dining establishments, bellmen who call a taxi or golf cart for you the instant you appear…and the list goes on. Everyone who works at Capella is friendly and wants to help you. When I said “thank you” to anyone, their immediate answer was “my pleasure” with a smile! If you choose to work with Theresa you will not regret it. My husband and I are so spoiled now! We will definitely come back and will most likely bring our teenaged kids and family friends with us.

My wife and I were very fortunate to find this amazing value. We went to Cabo for my 45th birthday and I was so excited to visit the the Resort at Pedregal and had very high expectations. From the moment we stepped foot on the property we were overwhelmed (in a good way) by the property, the staff and the unit. You can walk into town from the hotel in 5 minutes. The walk through the tunnel was magical! We were able to enjoy the local flavors and then walk back to the Pedregal (the bubble) to escape the craziness of Cabo. The restaurants were amazing, it was too bad that they were remodeling Farallon’s, but we were able to enjoy Don Manuels for my birthday dinner, the food was amazing. We will be returning in the next year. Thanks to Theresa for making the process so easy!

Had an amazing trip staying in this residence. Highly recommend for couples, girls getaway or families. The resort was beautiful, service impeccable and food delicious. Can not wait to go back. The owner was so easy to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful!

Our stay at this luxurious residence was truly one I will never forget. Breathtaking views of the sea, expansive living space, an attendant to help with all cooking and cleaning needs, enormous granite kitchen, and an extremely hospitable and friendly staff. Also, the security at this place was top notch, and I felt very comfortable being here with my family. Overall, I would rate this place with five stars and could not recommend it any higher. Having my family together share one, perfectly laid out residence made it the vacation of a lifetime.

We booked via Theresa who is an actual owner with great knowlege of the facilities and city. Theresa provided many options for us (yachting, fishing, spa, etc), most of which we didn’t take advantage of mainly because the casita is so beautiful and relaxing we could not get ourselves to leave. Ask Theresa about the lower unit option which puts you right at pool level…that was the unit we chose. Basically we did a whole lot of nothing and loved every minute of it. There were a few things that stood out for us that really made the difference. Firstly, the staff. Pepe our Majordomo is a highly skilled drinkmaker and food preparer and chef. He marinated our meats for the grill. In hindsight we should have had him cook for us more. He made me an omelette on my last day that blew my mind. I should mention that I work for Food Network and like to think I know food. If you really want to be pampered, have him put together menus for your whole stay and sit back and eat and enjoy. Also staff related, we needed a Doctor during our stay and one, along with a nurse, was promptly sent to our casita. The Doctor had a wonderful manner, was highly qualified and the cost was fair. The staff all over the resort were eager to please but never hovered or annoyed us. The restaurants at the resort are two of the best in Cabo and the atmosphere at El Farrallon is spectacular. While the ocean stretch is not swimmable here, the beach is beautiful and right up against the infinity pools which gives you the feeling of being in the ocean. The beach is also a paradise….The hotel sees to it that there are absolutely no beach venders or riff raff wandering about. Another huge plus was having downtown Cabo in walking distance. Understand that the resort is a tranquil place. If you are looking for debauchery, you can have it in the privacy of your casita or just a quick walk to town. For us it was a romantic vacation. We saw families on holiday enjoying the hidden lagoon pool but we didn’t feel the presence of kids cramped our style in any way. When you leave the resort, the staff members you’ve met along the way come to see you off and wave good bye as your car pulls away…a really nice touch.

Capella Pedregal has got to be the most magical and beautiful place we have ever been to. The attention to detail in the design and decor of the resort is impeccable and the service was exceptional from the general manager all the way down to the grounds keepers. Many high end places do not make kids feel welcome, however, our kids felt they had full reign over the place and were very happy to be supplied with candy from the concierge every time they visited him (which was a few times a day). Having a majordomo, who was entirely there for our unit only, made this such a relaxing vacation for us, as we did not have to concern ourselves with grocery shopping, laundry or cooking. Our wish was his command! We ate a lot of our meals in our unit as our majordomo was such a cook cook, however, the meals we ate at the hotel were exceptional. The restaurant El Farallon was one of the most romantic places we have ever been to, the setting was superb. Having a babysitter arranged by the hotel made this much more enjoyable, and when we got back to the room, she had cooked a meal for the kids, washed up and tidied the entire unit too! The spa was also a real treat, amazing services and ambiance. We hired the hotel’s boat for a morning and had a really fun day whale watching and snorkeling. The crew prepared us a sumptuous meal and margaritas. They were also very patient with our kids and then had a DVD for my little one when he got tired and wanted to snuggle up on the comfy sofa with a blanket! The owners of the unit (who we rented through) were also a pleasure to deal with and helped co-ordinate our visit to ensure we had a fantastic trip. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away from it all and R-E-L-A-X!

We had the absolute pleasure of enjoying a one-week stay at magical Resort at Pedregal. We had an amazing time! Our majordomo, Manuel, was fabulous – he even made us some ceviche from his family’s catch. He anticipated our every need, was helpful but non-obtrusive and warm and friendly as well. Our personal assistants, Jose and Pablo, were also very helpful and made our stay delightful with their insightful guidance to the Cabo area and its activities. We had some wonderful meals at Don Manuel’s – the breakfast was especially impressive. The spa was unbelievable. I had what may have been the best massage of my life there! Perhaps the highlight of the trip for our family was the yacht excursion on the Carina with Captain Pete and his crew. It was great to see Cabo from the ocean. We can’t wait to go back! My husband and I would be interested in obtaining some information on your ownership programs – we’d love to come back and visit again. The property was so beautiful and we had what may have been the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had there.

We are blown away… the villa, resort, amenities, service, delicious meals prepared by Oscar our majorduomo – who we all wanted to take home with us! This trip was more than we could have ever imagined. I don’t think a trip anywhere else in the world could have rivaled our 40th Birthday celebration at the Resort at Pedregal. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for helping me navigate through everything from planning our menus to recommending restaurants and introducing us to our personal assistant Lulu (who was a dream to work with) and trying to get us the yacht after we wavered and missed booking it. We ended up on a fishing boat called El Squisher – LOL – when we should have been aboard the Carina! We ended up eating out at Bar Esquina and Ediths – both fun and delicious, thank you for the recommendations. The other nights we ate at the hotel restaurants – El Farralon was absolutely amazing AND it was the night of the full moon. The spa was literally the most incredible experience any of us have ever been to. That was not to be missed and lived up to its rank as #1 Spa in the world by Condenast. My fiancé and I stayed at Resort at Pedregal for the long Columbus Day weekend. From the minute I contacted Theresa I was impressed with the quick and friendly response. She made booking the villa easy and was always there to answer any questions I had. We rented the two bedrooms Villa that came with the service of the majordomo. After we booked the unit through Theresa, we were contacted prior to our arrival by LULU the RESIDENCES PERSONAL ASSISTANT. She was there to arrange any airport transportation, dinner reservations, groceries, spa arrangements and any outside activities we needed. When we arrived at the resort, we were greeted at the gate and asked what we would like to drink upon check in. Our driver made our way through the tunnel and once on the other side we were greeted by Lulu with the margaritas. She arranged to have all our bags brought the villa. We were given a rundown of the resort and then we introduced to our majordomo Oscar. We were then were taken to the villa. Let me say the pictures are nice but the villa was so much more remarkable in person. I was very impressed with the size and décor of the villa. Although it was, just the two of us and we never used the upstairs bedroom but we choose the two bedroom for the service of the majordomo. Oscar (our majordomo) made us breakfast and lunch every day. He was amazing and he made the most delicious food and cocktails. We got to know him and about his family and it was somewhat sad to say goodbye at the end of the trip. Everything at the resort was amazing, from the Spa treatments, the pools and the people, to the amazing restaurants. I definitely recommend if you eat at El Farallon, go there hungry. The restaurant sits on the cliff and has an incredible view and the service was great. While there are many activities in Cabo San Lucas a few that I would recommend that we felt were worth the time was the Snorkeling trip on to Santa Maria Bay, with Ecocat Tours. The sunset and wine cruise on the Topicat and best for last was the sea turtle release tour. All and all this was a wonderful vacation and we will be returning most definitely.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our vacation. Friends since grade school, we made our way to Cabo for a Girls trip to celebrate our 40th Birthdays together. The vacation that Theresa arranged for us was FABULOUS on all accounts and exceeded all expectations. Our Villa was more beautiful and bigger than expected. The location was rockin’;! The spa was beautiful and relaxing. The yacht, Carina, and the Captain Peter, which I endearingly nicknamed Pedro, was the best! I soon realized when I threw Theresa’s name out that our customer service quadrupled in size! We could sit all day in our lounge chairs watching the whales play before our eyes. Victor, our majordomo, was sweet and hard-working. He treated us very special on Valentine’s Day with a wonderful lunch and complimentary bottle of wine. The weather was perfect. The dinner reservations that you recommended to us (The Office and Nick-Sans) was a huge hit. Food and Drink was spot on with the list you provided. We loved the pool and barely left it. It was perfect Theresa and everyone enjoyed the peaceful, exceptionally beautiful surroundings Pedregal offered. Thank you. We will be back!

This resort is amazing! We just went for our second time this year and this time we went to celebrate my husband’s 40th with 4 other couples to join in the fun! First of all, the resort and service are second to none. I travel extensively for work and have had the opportunity to stay at some of the nicest resorts and hotels and this one is just wonderful. I will also say that the first time we went in February we stayed here and we were very happy, BUT for this trip I had the opportunity to work with Theresa. Theresa is INCREDIBLE- she is so organized, engaging and helped me plan a fantastic 40th. We used the caterer she recommended, rented the 60 ft. Yacht for a day of fun with our friends, helped me plan a chef to come to our place to prepare an amazing dinner for the night of the party, had a wonderful baker make a birthday cake, made dinner reservations for our group, helped me get groceries stocked prior to our arrival, she booked massage appointments at the resort (which was great)’ recommended and we used a fantastic photographer, and truly went above and beyond!! Once we finalized all of our ideas and decisions, she sent the itinerary outlining the awesome schedule- she made me look good! The entire group thought I did all the work and were so impressed with the house, the food, the yacht, and the perfect service. I will absolutely go back because everything was top notch and Theresa will be the first person I call!

I cannot recommend this villa or resort enough! I organized a trip for a group of girls through Theresa and she was incredibly helpful through the process. I knew it was going to be nice but I was honestly blown away, and so was my group. The resort is incredible, breathtaking and the staff goes above and beyond for you. The staff would pick us up from the villa in golf carts and bring us to dinner, or to the gates to walk into town. Everything was so easy. The villa was gorgeous, and really blew my expectations away. It was spotless, spacious and perfect for a group. Our majordormo, Sebastian, made our stay that much better – he was so sweet, helpful and made us delicious snacks and breakfast! We also rented a private yacht through Theresa which was wonderful. I seriously cannot recommend this enough, I was so happy with our stay I can’t really think of many complaints!!

The Resort at Pedregal is absolutely stunning and service is impeccable. We will 100% be back! This residence is the perfect balance of having the amenities of a private villa rental along with the vibe and experience of staying in a 5-star hotel.

This is a fantastic 5 star resort. It is walking distance to the marina and town, which we did several times. It’s so nice to be able to walk instead of using a taxi each time. We rented the catamaran and had a gorgeous, memorable sunset cruise. Our talented majordomo greeted us kindly each morning with coffee and a smile. Through the concierge, I ordered groceries and our majordomo made us snacks, breakfast and lunch. We loved the spa experience and also took a yoga class. The restaurants are very special and you should have the concierge book in advance. The two family pools were busy (it was a holiday week) so we enjoyed the adult pool (with drink/food service!). The casita was very large and nicely tucked away so we used the pools often and didn’t feel exposed. The rooms were very large and the AC worked great. I really can’t say enough good things, including how responsive and helpful Theresa was.

A truly once in a lifetime vacation! finding and renting the property was so easy with Theresa. She was so wonderful & helped me with everything I needed to know before checking in and once I was there, helpful and responsive every step of the way! The 1 BR unit I rented was stunning and provided 180 degree views of the ocean! I was able to enjoy sunrise and sunset each day from the room, what a dream! I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and beautiful property in paradise! I will absolutely be returning and staying again with Theresa!
